This uses a clever a spring and ratchet mechanism to allow you to lower your hanging basket to a more manageble height for watering and then lets you raise the basket once you are finished. All you need to do is attach the 'Hi-Lo to your bracket and basket and your ready to go. Can also be used for other hard to reach objects, such as bird feeders.
